I was born and raised in Laconia, NH. From a young age I grew to love the restaurant industry. I remember going to my grandparents house and would cooking with my Gram. She taught me a lot about baking while my grandpa showed me about Italian cooking. As I got older, I became interested in pursuing my restaurant career.
In high school I attended Huot Tech at Laconia and knew this was the career path that I wanted to pursue. In 2015, I graduated from Newbury College with a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Management. After college, I was led to Florida where we have owned a restaurant for the past 6 years. After leaving New Hampshire, I honestly never thought I would've moved back and called it home again.
Terrence and I are very excited for this new venture that is The Gilford Village Store.

I didn’t realize just how fortunate I was to be born and raised on the small barrier island of Sanibel, FL. Some call it paradise, but I just call it HOME. I’ve always known I wanted to do something that I love, something that I could do all day every day and feel like it was more of a hobby. My love for food and cooking was first introduced to me by my mom. I can remember at a young age watching her cook and bake and just being amazed! I got my first job as a dishwasher at the tender age of 13. It was at this point in time I found a growing love for the “organized chaos,” of the food industry. After leaving college, I got the opportunity to travel and open new locations for a restaurant chain. Although it was a great experience and I learned so much about the other side of business, I just didn’t have that sense of fulfillment.
After visiting some great restaurants in Boston and Austin with Heather, it sparked my passion to pursue cooking full-time. After working as a sous chef for a a couple of years, we decided as a family to open our first restaurant together in Naples, FL. We visited family here in New Hampshire during the summer and holiday seasons which led us to deciding to make it our new home.
